Get matched with top central a/c installers in Berkley, MA

"My central AC system broke down at the beginning of a summer weekend. I called Carl at All Phases on Monday morning. He responded quickly, and he sent Buddy to investigate. It turned out that our system had serious issues. Buddy explained our options. They were willing to try repair, but success was doubtful with our 17-year-old system, which we had not maintained well. So I decided to replace it. Julio took charge of the project, and by the end of the week (in time for a long, humid weekend), Buddy and David had successfully installed a brand new system, which is working great. The team was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with."

"Dylan was amazing. My hvac person retired & I found Dylan when my Central air decided to act up. He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. No pressure & no stress. Now we’re ready for the heat wave that’s apon on us. Thank you Dylan & your team for your professionalism & great service. I highly recommend & they’re my go to for plumbing as well as I’m about to have them replace my hot water tank before it becomes an issue"

"I had a new Furnace and AC compressor system installed. All of the installers were very professional and courteous. Ryan (the owner) was great to deal with...Eric also came back and installed 2 new dampers, and was great! And dealing with Debbie in the office was a pleasure! I would highly recommend that you call them for your heating and AC needs!"

"They are really a top notch company: - they responded immediately to the inquiry - they sent Brian, an experienced HVAC solutions salesman. He â got itâ . We have a 1951-built house, with these 3.5â round â spider legâ ducts, heat only. We were told by other companies that those had to be replaced, and the result costed 2.5 x as much! He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor. - we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts - the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. They did not drag out the project. The communication between Brian and them was complete, they understood the various pieces of the scope. - we had a small hiccup in the beginning getting the initial work scheduled, but after that the front office was communicative on when folks would be coming out and completing the project. Not just their own workers but also their subs (electricians in our case, we hired plumber separately). - Iâ m now sitting in central a/c! And no more 15 degree difference walking up to the second floor. I highly recommend ARS from top to bottom. Itâ s been both a pleasure and a relief having them work for us."

"Expensive but professional. The electrician that did the work was excellent and seemed.to enjoy explaining what he was doing and why it had to be done that way. I felt like I learned something while he installed ceiling lights. He also cleaned up after himself like he'd never been there."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our appointment was scheduled between 9:30 and 11:30. The technician, Casey, showed up at 9:25, which was great since we had things we wanted to do. He was not only courteous and professional, but an easy going person who was easy to talk to. He immediately started determining what our problem was and was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue. He determined that it was lint from a poorly placed dryer vent that clogged up the cooling vanes that caused the AC unit to overheat and not work properly. Once he cleaned it, he was able to test the system and found that the freon levels were fine and the system was running properly. He even showed me the gages and explained what the readings meant. He didnâ t try to add anything more to the bill, such as unnecessary freon or additional labor time. He was honest and only charged exactly was was required. Casey is an honorable man, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend him and his company and will only be calling them for my future AC needs."
