He had brought his system to jet out the sewer drain pipe just in case and I am very glad he did. He showed me on the camera there were not one but THREE root balls blocking my sewer drain pipe. "Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"Hiring Meca with Nate leading the team was a great experience. I reached out to Meca about a backup in my kitchen sink and dishwasher. The Manager, Nate had two plumbers out the same day. They assessed my problem and started snaking my kitchen pipes. It appeared to be clean but we noticed some bubbling starting to happen again. I flushed the upstairs toilet and the kitchen started to back up again. At this point they decided that this was more serious than expected.
