"Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever. "We had two cracks in our foundation. One crack was much more severe than the other. For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs."
