"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. "It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean.
