I googled them and saw that they had some really good reviews. I msg them last night and this morning there was a reply when I got up. Tyler was courteous, professional and explained in layman's terms what the problem was. It needed a new motherboard. The cost was VERY fair and when I googled the average cost, ours was right in the middle. They'll be my first call if any other appliances decide to take a vacation!"

We discovered during the repair that an additional piece was needed, so he ran to the hardware store at no additional charge. The repair was completed correctly and the job site was properly cleaned when they were done.
