"Tim Marshall is a true professional- I had a leak in the front of my dishwasher so I gave Tim a call he responded quickly and gave me a recommendation on what could have caused the supposed leak. Not many people are ethical in their business practices but I believe Marshall Appliance is very ethical. I will call him for all my appliance repair needs from now on. We discovered during the repair that an additional piece was needed, so he ran to the hardware store at no additional charge. The repair was completed correctly and the job site was properly cleaned when they were done.
