"okay... there were initial leaks after the install but they came and fixed them."

"I called Roadrunner and they sent a technician out the same day. He identified the problem and gave me an estimate for the regulator repair and having a new water shutoff valve installed. I felt the cost of the regulator was high and he suggested that I could purchase the part myslef and only pay for installation charges. The part would not receive Roadrunners guarantee, however. I decided to locate and buy the needed parts and called Roadrunner for guidance. They were very helpful in guiding me to the correct parts. I called once I purchased the parts and they came out and installed them the next day. The technician was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in about 1.5 hours and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. A month later, and everything is performing normally."

"I was hesitant at first to hire someone for my AC service, but I’m so glad I did! Honest, trustworthy, and 5 star quality!!"

"Great company that did a new install!"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"True Air Systems installed central refrigerated air conditioning in my home for a fraction of the cost of the four other competitors who bid on the job. The same day that I signed the contract all of my equipment was delivered and safely stored in my garage. The very next day Roger's crew of installers appeared and completed the work neatly in one day. The next day the electricians appeared and did all of the wiring and arranged for the electrical inspection. True Air it's the best company I've ever dealt with."

"I did not have enough fund to financed a new heater. The company offered me a good deal . The installation and all were done. The workers were kind ."
