"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Austin was hired by our GC to do the rough in for our whole house reno. Austin went through the house with us and gave options for lights, switches, etc. During the work, Austin kept in constant contact with us (another story) and made sure we approved of any deviations. I had forgotten a few items and Austin came back to do some additional work and fixes (for my lack of communication) without any fuss. Very professional behavior. We are so happy to have found Austin for our electrical needs!"
