"It went great! Patrick came out on a Saturday to see what was causing my line to back up. He used his camera to find mud in a section of my pipe indicating some type of crack or break. Gave me my options for fixing it. He started his repair two days later on Monday and finished up today, Wednesday. They dug roughly, a 4ft by 3ft hole to get down to the pipe and ended up digging two more feet towards the basement to ensure that they connected the new pipe to a solid piece of the existing pipe. Very competitive pricing, I called two other plumbers who were both higher priced by at least 2K and didn't offer as good of a warranty on their work. Very knowledgeable, able to help me understand how my whole sewer system works. Very professional, got the permit with the city, busted the work out, got the job inspected by the city and Closed up the hole. Patrick and his crew were also able to remove a piece of cable that someone previously broke and left in the pipe ( from that machine that rods your line). I highly recommend Patrick and his crew. "My experience with Charlie was great. I accidentally drilled a hole in the gas line that feeds all appliances in our home on a Saturday morning when trying to drill in to hang a TV mount. I knew enough to immediate turn the gas off and call our gas company who came out quickly and locked my meter...this meant no gas to appliances (oven, hot water, dryer, heat, etc.) until it was fixed. Charlie was friendly and thorough, and educated me on what he was doing throughout his work. Any time you need "emergency" service on a weekend it's going to be expensive, but I feel that Charlie's price for more than fair for the work done and the quickness in which he came out to fix our problem.
