"I found Act One Cleaning on Angie’s list. We decided to have our very dirty carpets cleaned on our new home rather than replace them hoping to stretch them out a year before replacing them. Steve made it clear from our initial phone call that he was not interested in up-selling and only interested in cleaning my carpets and ensuring that we had the best customer service experience possible in the process. Steve arrived on time and was extremely organized. He put up a plastic barrier on the front door so that heat wouldn’t escape while he worked and blankets under his equipment to protect our floors that weren’t carpeted. He used several techniques to remove stubborn stains and spent several hours throughly cleaning our carpets. I was thrilled with the results. "The maids arrive around 11:00 and stayed at my house until 4:00 pm. I was shocked at how much time and energy they put into my house. I've had "deep cleans" before by other companies that didn't compare to the detail of this team.  One of the members especially worked hard to get our shower tile in perfect condition.  (I don't think it was sealed properly when it was installed.) Anyway - she did a fabulous job and even talked to me (at my request) about how I could keep it under control between visits.  <br /> I have currently scheduled on-going cleaning with this company for around $110 per visit and I think it is a reasonable amount for my two story home.  I would be happy to have this team back at my house anytime. <br />"
