"It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."

What was so helpful for us was that Terry was able to draw up plans and get all of the necessary permits and provide suggestions based on his wealth of experience. His workmanship is topnotch. He doesn't cut corners and always seems more interested in doing the job right than making money. Another great thing is that while Terry could be a GC and just sub everything out, he does most of the work himself (framing, build deck, flooring, siding, window installs, etc etc) so you know you are getting his perfectionistic touch on your job at a very fair price. I also appreciated patience and flexibility, especially when we decided last minute to open up a kitchen wall and then add a huge window when he was almost done with the siding. Very grateful!"
