"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"They did a good job overall but there were minor things (but important to me) that they didn't do or pay attention to: The entry area to my front door had stuff that they hosed down all over the place; there were watermarks on a couple of the walls they didn't wipe away. They also missed a few spots with painting and texturing and a couple of areas were textured poorly. The Front office rectified the situation by scheduling time for someone to come back to fix them (twice) but in my mind, that never should have happened regardless of how willing they are at coming back. There were 2 different crews for both days, which I didn't know and wouldn't care except the first crew didn't tell the second crew to put back certain things (closet doors, which furniture to move back where). A+ to the front office and a C to the field crews."

"I bought two of the window packages at the end of September. Measurements were taken, the windows were made and in a storage facility, and the the rain started!  Finally had them installed yesterday, the guys were very thorough and professional, right on time and very cheerful.
