I had in mind a specific (top of the line) furnace, and the sales guy tried for 15 minutes to persuade me to go with something cheaper - that's real professionalism! The furnaces showed up exactly as promised, and they were very flexible with their install availability. They always show when scheduled (none of the usual 8-hour window rubbish), and stick around until the job is done completely to satisfaction. They walked me through the installs, even some non-standard electrics they had to work around, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before paying. Years later, the installs are still completely trouble-free. The only caveat is they are not the cheapest guys in the area, but they are 100% worth the cost."
