They replaced old railroad ties with Versa-Lok (Allegheny Blend) that accented my home's appearance. The new concrete driveway replaces the worn-out asphalt. Allemang Concrete also continued the Versa-Lok wall around the front pull-off area for a completed look. I highly recommend Allemang Concrete!"

"The entire process went smoothly. John was very professional during the quotation process. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and John guided me through the process. I did end up using the Trex Transcend Tropical Spiced Rum deck which is the top of the line of Trex material. I went with the all black Trabscend railing system. My deck is quite large and includes an octagonal eating area, a walkway and a large rectangular deck. I copied my old deck footprint which we love. I also added a full Trex skirting to the deck as well. Bottom line, it's a big deck! Demolishing the old deck went well. They worked almost a week in building the footings and substructure of the deck. It is twice as large as our old deck. Memorial Day weekend came and went and they finished the deck and railing. They cleaned up every day and left nothing for us to pickup. Nothing. There was no smokers and not one butt was to be found. As we near retirement, I wanted a maintenance free deck that looks good. We are greatly pleased with the Trex product and John and his crew craftmanship. I am very pleased with The Construction Factory's craftmanship, work effort and courteous professionalism.
