"Tom built a roughly 500 sqft deck for us using Azek. About half of the deck is rectangle screened porch. The other half is slightly irregular deck. They are pretty high off the ground as shown in the picture and the stairs also curve back to the side of the house to save space. Tom and team did a great job. I get a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors I waited almost two year to write the review to make sure the build quality stands up to time and it did!"

If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"Fence and Deck is the only company we will ever use for these kinds of projects. We had a fence replaced some years ago and were happy with the work, product and customer service since that project was finished. We decide to go with Fence and Deck to replace our old deck that was really falling part. Everything from the initial appointment through project clean up was done completely professionally. The demolition crew caused a small problem with our electricity, but the project manager more than amply recompensed us for it. We had a separate company remove a backyard pool right before the deck replacement. The Fence and Deck project manager and other company reps kept in constant contact with us, and were unbelievably flexible when the first project was delayed several times.
