"The crew came and repaired a yard lighting fixture on a Sunday in the rain. They installed a light sensor and an outlet on the fixture. The sensor and the outlet were positioned at the bottom of the pole. This may cause a dangerous problem when it rains or snows. The sensor won't work when it is covered with snow and the electrical out let will shock you when that portion of the pole is in the snow or water. I signed off on the project because the lighting worked but it could pose a dangerous problem in certain situations. The company called and and reported that the fixtures, although positioned at the bottom of the light fixture should not pose any danger and promised to come and position the plug and sensor at a higher level."
