"Rich was amazing! My husband and I just bought a new house and my mom uses Rich and raved about him and how good his work is. My carpet in the new home I thought I would have to replace which would have cost $$$ so my mom suggested rich and so glad that I went that way. He made our carpet look almost new ! My kitchen tile were also in need of some TLC. He cleaned then and sealed them to keep them looking new. I highly recommend Rich. "so, so - i found places they missed dusting in multiple places; they broke my toilet paper holder and didn't even tell me (was present whole time and a supervisor even showed up); residue from the mop left dark water spots on the tile grout in kitchen, which made it look dirty. I also don't like when they move things to clean areas and do not put back ( i get that they may not remember exactly how it was/is, but in some instances they didn't make any effort"

"Christine and her team did a remarkable job! I couldn't be more pleased. This was a big project as all three of my bathroom showers and floors are filled with white square tiles. They came on time early and spent the whole day here and didn't leave until the job was done. They were very hard-working and neat. They left my place clean, and I inspected all the grout when it was done and it was done in a very neat way. As we all know, putting new grout lines require very neat, meticulous work. They absolutely did that and I keep telling Christine I am so glad I found them! I also love the atmosphere of their team and people as everyone is so friendly and nice. We could chat and laugh together. Christine and her husband Mr. Williamson are also super nice people. Mr. Williamson installed a new stylish shower floor for me and it was perfect.
