Chris is very courteous and responsive in giving estimates and scheduling appointments. Most recently Paul came out with Josh to fix the plumbing problems and they were both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They changed shoes so my floors stayed clean, and they cleaned up the work areas thoroughly, even though I said I could do it. Chris's guys almost always get things right the first time, as in this instance. However, on the rare occasion when a problem cropped up, they came back and fixed it, no questions asked and no bill submitted. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and no, I am not Chris's mother! Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
