"The project required removing a very large jet tub in the bathroom, reworking the ductwork and electrical systems as well as wall and ceiling construction, painting, finishing work on trim, installation of lights and all new bathroom fixtures. Our home is unique in it's design and construction, part of which is log paneled. They handled the integration of the new construction with the overall design of the previous rooms very well. The entire process went smoothly, on time, and on budget. There was some additional work needed due to unforeseen issues with the original construction of the house. They were very clear about what needed to be done and why, and potential solutions were discussed and the cost ramifications so that we had a choice in how to proceed. The company is very professional in the way they handle estimates and ongoing information. Supervisors were on site every day, watching over the work and checking on our satisfaction with how the project was going. The people who did the work were punctual every day, courteous and pleasant to have in our home, very knowledgable, and did top-of-the-line work. A lot of care was given to making sure that the construction (especially the dust) was managed well and every evening during the project, the house was organized so that we had uncluttered living spaces, and when the project was completed, all the debris was cleaned up and removed. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I was fortunate to find them. I needed a fence up for my dogs before we arrived at our new home so my dogs would have a safe place to be right away. We had a bump in the road but they made it right."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
