"The actual floor and materials are a 5 star BUT had some issues with the installation. We had to call back out to fix a spot on the steps where the installer said it was normal but after talking to REFLOOR he corrected it. The other issues were resolved by the installer except for 3 items. The installer was asked to fix the toilet as it rocks and needed tightened and sealed. Then there was a question on the trim on the sliding door and the installer basically said no on removing the trim and placing the metal piece on. After the installer left the point of contact called my wife about the issues being fixed and my wife said to call me about it. I never received the call. The clean up was very poor. There is hardened floor flattener material on the driveway and front porch. I guess must have the responsibility to clean it up. Throughout the whole thing and probably with any floor company, but for the price I paid I was hoping to have a perfect installation."

"We had a wonderful experience with Carlos and the Hometown Team. My husband and I were moving from out of state and nervous to hire someone to install our floors when we could not be there to oversee the progress. Carlos put us totally at ease. His communication was awesome. All phone calls were returned promptly and he was patient and thorough when answering my many questions. He was able to source the flooring we wanted and got it delivered quickly. They started install on the day that was promised and stayed late after finding the floors needed to be leveled.
