My husband and I were moving from out of state and nervous to hire someone to install our floors when we could not be there to oversee the progress. Carlos put us totally at ease. His communication was awesome. All phone calls were returned promptly and he was patient and thorough when answering my many questions. He was able to source the flooring we wanted and got it delivered quickly. They started install on the day that was promised and stayed late after finding the floors needed to be leveled. When he found an issue with some damaged floorboards, he sent pictures immediately and explained what needed to be done. He sent pictures and was in touch at every step. Did I mention the flooring? It’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I have not seen one flaw in the workmanship.
