"Excellent!! The project took a total of 5 days (not including time for the paver manufacturer to get the pavers in stock). Mr. Amaya spent most of the time getting the foundation right. He put in two layers of crushed stone, the lower layer was of large stones, and the upper layer was fine-crushed stone. He spent an entire day getting the upper foundation just right. The pavers speak for themselves. He put in 22 concentric rings, and every block was precisely placed. Lastly, I was impressed by his honesty. When I gave him his final payment, he told me I overpaid by $300, and gave the money back."

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. "We contacted Precision Paving and Landscaping because the area where we wanted a patio was uneven and hilly so having a company that was good at laying a firm foundation seemed imperative.  We were not disappointed.  From the start, owners Michael and Jay were responsive, patient, creative, and professional.  This was a difficult project given the terrain, and their thought and planning to put in the patio really paid off.  Along with ending up with an incredibly solid patio, they developed a tasteful design for an oddly shaped area and installed an intricate and extremely attractive paver pattern.  The final result is beautiful and has elicited rave reviews from everyone who has seen it.
It is important to note that Michael and Jay proved to be honest, hard-working, and thoroughly enjoyable people throughout the entire 8-day project.  They also took care of some unplanned tasks and supplied much more stone than was anticipated for no extra charge. In addition, their estimate was the most reasonable of any we had done, and they stuck to it.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
