"Replaced the heating element in my 60s built in oven. Would have been impossible to replace the oven. Thrilled they were able to find the replacement."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

Hello I'm Kirk gray owner of Mr. Gray's Repairs. I have been running Mr. Gray's Repairs since early 2020.

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."
