"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! Complete Professionals!  They bailed us out from another plumber  that left front sewer pipe not connected to house!  Cleaned up mess, fixed problem.  Cleared two major blockages between yard and city sewer line, and installed perma-liner.  Carlos' expertise and Albert and Calvin all were especially fantastic - they were hard working, super professional and Albert and Calvin did a great clean up at the end of a very long day. Others  who also came from Pioneer were professional and did a great job.  Left us a video of how the pipe looked inside afterwards, all the way to city sewer.  Three words - expertise, professional, hard working, (okay four words) - that says it all.  Recommend them highly and we will use them in the future for any plumbing repairs.
