"We had the foundation repaired around our house and the basement repaired due to our drainage problems. This was 17 years ago and we have had no problems since that time. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. I would suggest to every new home owner who builds a new house to have Everdry do the waterproofing of the foundation and drainage outside the house. They are wonderful!"

"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "I have worked with Jeff Kowalik from Perma Seal for many years. As a Realtor, I have recommended them for all kinds of jobs. The work I have seen them do ranges from filling cracks to drain tile systems to vapor linings and even straightening out a bowed wall on a home. I have a cinder block basement in my home built in 1921. In order to keep moisture and ultimately mold away, Perma Seal installed a vapor barrier, a membrane, around the whole inside of the basement. And then with their suggestion of the dehumidifier, the basement is ready for finishing. First, their sales department is terrific.
