"It was fine but we chose not to do any business with them.  They quoted us $1500.  The sealer they wanted to use itself was expensive so we didn’t want to spend that kind of money.  They seemed to know what they were doing.  They were quite pleasant.  They got right back to me, gave me a quote quickly and seemed knowledgeable about the whole process.   "

"The foundation inspector came earlier than the appointment time that was scheduled and only gave me 15-20 minutes notice. While other people would appreciate that I do not like to be caught off guard like that. He was very knowledgeable and performed a detailed inspection and provided me with a quote for foundation improvements. He also recommended gutters and helped me to design a cost effective gutter system which he was going to relay to his gutter company. This was impressive. But when I scheduled the gutter inspection the gutter guy did not even show up or call to cancel. i let the Foundation inspector know about this and he did not respond. I was very unimpressed with the fact that he did not respond or acknowledge his gutter inspector's mistake. While the Foundation inspector was very knowledge and professional, I would not recommend services from his company due to their lack of responsiveness.

"I have never had a better experience with a contractor than I had with Western Pacific Roofing Corporation. The professionalism was unbelievable. Everything went as promised. They were extremely punctual and finished the job in the time they said they would. Employees wear uniforms and are very courteous. They treated my house and property with the utmost respect. WP Roofing has been in business since 1949 and their experience definitely shows. The foreman, Payton and the front office communicated all aspects of the job as things progressed. Never once was I upset with not knowing what to expect. "Throughout the years, I have worked with many contractors, most of which disappointed in some shape or form. In contrast, Tom and Lucas were a complete pleasure to work with. They were always on time, always did what they said they would do (and more sometimes). Whenever I had questions they were always available and ready to help. They soon gained my trust and confidence that they could finish the job to my utmost satisfaction, which meant that I could actually relax and have fun during the process. "There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall.
The pavers had a combo of cobble stone and river stone which led to the grassy area."

"Currently there is work in progress following the free inspection, and the company and especially David are very helpful.  Everytihing to date has been a pleasant experience.  I expect to have the entire foundation straightened out and level by next week which will make living in my new home so much nicer.
