"Needed to get a replacement opener hung (purchased by me). Got a call fairly quickly with availability an hour later (which is excellent). Gentleman came out, gave great information about the existing setup, and had the new unit in and done quickly and efficiently. They also take cash (any business that does is A+ in my book). Great working with them and would work with them again. The ONLY feedback I would share: There seems to be a disconnect between the person who calls and the person who is dispatched - similar to landscapers that outsource. The gentleman that showed up ONLY worked the garage door/opener piece, and wasn't who would handle things like the garage SIDE door or structure or flooring. Ideally, the one that calls (if they are the most knowledgeable) is doing a full assessment of everything needed, then dispatching one or two guys to tackle whatever, OR make sure that all guys are at least basic aware of level of effort for other work and can coordinate."

I called late in the afternoon, and the repair was done the next morning. When the service man arrived, he diagnosed the problem as a relatively easy one to fix, and proceeded to do so. The project went great!  Adam's Garage Doors contacted me promptly with a time to install.  On installation day there were no issues and the job went great.  They were done in about an hour or so and left the place clean.
