"I've been reading Dave's reviews on Angie's List for over five years and have tried to work with him in the past but his schedule and mine just couldn't mesh. Last year we decided to replace the picture window in our living room with a bay window and called Dave for an estimate. Again, his schedule was packed but I decided to wait for him to be available and boy, am I glad I did! Of course, we obtained estimates from two other contractors for the work (which were a little bit higher than Dave) but they just didn't have the glowing reviews that Dave has. Dave lives up to every word in reviews! There were some scheduling difficulties and then an issue with the window (custom ordered) not being correct but Dave made everything right at no further cost to us. He kept us informed on the install schedule and completed the work in exactly the time he estimated (less than three days). During the install, he made sure I was aware of options/tweaks he could make so that the final product met with my expectations. I can honestly say that it looks EXACTLY the way I pictured it in my mind and I could not be more thrilled with the end result. We still have to paint it and Dave even called a week after the job was done to offer to paint the roof trim at no cost if we didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach it! Dave and his son worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, kept a clean worksite, and even made a small repair to our storm door that wasn't closing easily. There is no doubt I would hire Dave again for any home improvement or repair project. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him well worth the wait!"

"Great. Josh had the old one demo'd and hauled off in no time. There was a slight delay with material, but it didn't impact the delivery of the job. I would've like to have gotten started earlier in the summer, but it is an awesome, yet simple, built to code, place for us to relax."

"I cannot say enough good things about Sunshine Window Cleaning! They were on time and did an absolutely fantastic job. They cleaned the windows (outside only) and our gutters in about 1/2 hour. No window streaking, no mess with leaves and other gutter debris, and VERY reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again. AND they're friendly!"

The wall repair has a ripple in the corner, and they left the texture uneven and tool imprints. "They (there were two) came at appointed time, told me exactly how much it would cost and then set to work. The were friendly and worked steadily until the job was done. They cleaned outside and inside of the panes and they took off the window screens cleaned and replaced them. The windows sparkle! The last time I had the windows cleaned it cost $100 for the outside of the panes only. They charge $2 per outside pane and $2 per inside pane regardless of size. I will definitely use them again. <br />"

"My hall bathroom was stuck in the 1970s with cheap, contractor grade materials. I hired Nathaniel to replace virtually everything. All was replaced except the vanity cabinet, which was refinished instead. Nathaniel's work was professional and courteous at all times. The work was performed with quality at a high value. I did not go overboard with material cost, but made smart choices from Lowes and Home Depot offerings. My objective was to have a good bathroom remodel without going overboard on price. Nathaniel delivered on that objective. The work was performed on time and within budget. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Reliable Remodels."

"Work was tentatively scheduled, but no notification prior to the start of work. They just appeared one day. Fortunately I did not have guests from out of state, but a heads-up type of call would be appropriate. <br /> Work continued in what I deemed inappropriate weather and voiced the concern. I was dismissed and, somewhat arrogantly, told that the materials were made for the climate. <br /> I was again dismissed when asking for touch-up work and later found damage to an area but no apology for causing it. <br /> The quality of the work was average. It's paint on walls. They made an odd decision to paint the side of the brand new (custom color) vinyl windows without being directed. It looks dumb and could eventually peal. <br /> This is the second contractor I've chosen from Angie's List and the second time I've been less than happy with the result or the provider. <br />"

"He did an outstanding job at minimal cost and was very creative. Originally we were just going to repair the sheetrock around a large picture window but Taylor suggested we frame the window in wood. It looks perfect and we couldn't be more happy. He's very skilled, reasonable, professional, and pleasant to work with. We'll definitely contact him again for another home improvement project."
