"We could not be more delighted with our new concrete driveway. Professional Concrete, Inc. truly lives up to its name. The owner, Hector, came to our house at the end of June and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. We did our due diligence by reading many positive reviews of their work and decided to hire them. The work was originally scheduled for the second week in September, but due to a cancellation they were able to fit us in a few weeks early. They tore down and removed the tired old asphalt, then framed, graded & compacted with gravel and finally installed wire mesh on the first day of the job. The following work day was all about pouring and smoothing the new concrete. Hector and his crew arrived on time, and worked efficiently and diligently at a price that we felt was both honest and fair. The finished job is impressive and beautiful. So much so that two of our neighbors asked Hector to give them quotes before he left! We cannot recommend Professional Concrete, Inc. highly enough."

"The job started early April 19, 2019 and continued all day. The rough surfaced concrete needed to be ground smooth with a diamond tooled walk behind grinder. A number of surface cracks had to be opened, filled with polyurea patch, and ground smooth. This phase took half the day. An epoxy base coat was rolled on. Colored poly flakes were immediately broadcast over the wet epoxy. After this first coating dried, a sun proof polyaspartic topcoat was applied. Nothing was damaged and all materials were properly disposed. Job Price - $1600."

"Phil and his crew were terrific. Phil came on a Saturday (within one day of my inquiry) and completed the job on Monday. My back porch was sagging because of the broken pipe, so Phil brought in concrete blocks to prop it up temporarily until I can have it repaired. Great work, and concerned about my safety. ".I researched many different options to encapsulate my dirt floor basement crawlspace from taped liners to cement, and I am so glad that I decided to go with the polyurea seamless liner that this company specializes in installing.  Josh, a company representative, came out, looked over the crawlspace,, took measurements and pictures,and the next day I received two quotes from Chuck Modica - one for the crawlspace encapsulation only and one for the encapsulation with the drain tile system and sump pump.  Chuck even made a special trip to my house to inspect the crawlspace to see if he thought a drain tile system was necessary.  Throughout the process there was no hard sell,  He  gave me the facts and answered all my questions in a confident,professional manner.  I was especially impressed when Chuck showed up with the crew to help with the job.  They removed tree roots that had grown under the foundation into the crawlspace, broke up and removed a huge bolder that had been there for some unknown reason probably for a hundred years, and even leveled the crawlspaces under my front porch which were not part of the bided project.  When I returned from a weekend trip and looked at the finished project, I couldn't be happier with the completed job.  My tenet who lives below me and does her laundry in the cemented front portion of the basement separate from the crawlspace noticed a difference in the air quality right away.  Chuck also e-mailed about a long ago disconnected pipe  that was slow leaking from an outside valve.,  He arranged the pipe so it drained into the tile system and offered to have one of his crew members who has a key to the outside drainage system come out to shut off the valve causing the leak  The company and employes go the extra mile to make sure you are a satisfied customer and I am one.

"They were excellent. Brian was able to come by for an estimate very quickly, and gave a thorough assessment of what work needed to be done. The estimate was a great price. Brian was able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time. The crew was friendly, and kept us updated throughout the day. In addition, Brian kept us updated, and came by to oversee the progress. They also added a few other services (such as removing and replacing old cement sink, removing water damaged wood partition). What really blew me away was that they fixed our backyard fence while they were waiting for the concrete delivery!
The work was completed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, and the results look good. I recommend them highly!

"Jason and team did a great job.  Jason came out within a day or two from my initial email and we discussed all the options/services they provided (liner, concrete, crack repair, and spray foam insulation.  I really appreciated how he discussed the pros and cons of each solution and his low pressure style.
ABC Crawlspaces prices were the the lowest of all the bids I got and I was even told by other insulation companies if I could get closed cell insulation for that cost that I should go for it.  The best thing was their service and quality of work.  It is rare to find a company that has fair prices and good service, but ABC Crawlspaces is one of those companies.  We are very happy with all they did for us and our basement is much more usable and the air quality has improved dramatically.  Thank you Jason!"
