"Talk about above and beyond. Dorian texted me immediately and FaceTimed to instruct how to shut off the gas and water line at 8 o’clock at night. He was at my door before 8 the next morning ready to work. He had the water heater replaced and the area cleaned up before I heard from another plumber. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."
