"They were on time and fixed my dryer."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Craig at Remedy was a godsend. We had a prior horrible experience with another appliance repair. After four months, Remedy came out, professionally diagnosed the washer issue, ordered parts, came back out, and repaired correctly. He was professional, he was timely, he was a great guy. I will only use Remedy Appliance for any future repairs. Thank you!!"

"He was not able to repair the dryer. Said if he replaced the shorted out portions, it might short out again. Recommended I get a new dryer."

"Repairman was very polite and knowledgable. Did a good job."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"The service was good. They were professional and courteous."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
