"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

The measurement tech was equally friendly and thorough. The office staff kept us informed of the window construction and delivery timelines right up to the installers' arrival. That crew was amazing. We replaced 25 windows of every shape and size across a large and tall house. It took this well-oiled machine of a crew less than two full days to complete everything, right down to raking our lawn and sweeping our driveway before they left. "Gutters were replaced and it rained just a couple of days later. All the rainwater was going right between the gutters and the house and pouring back into the roof. I called Brock the next week and he came out almost immediately and fixed the spots that were leaking. Still waiting on the rest of the downspout that is emptying right onto the deck/corner of my house but overall a good experience and quick service! Will be looking to signature home pros for possible future projects!"
