"We sequentially hired two different handyfolk to fix our leaking washing machine. The second person successfully diagnosed that it was not a problem with the washing machine, but a clogged drain line. We evaluated several plumbers via Angi.com. Based on reviews we went with Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. Boy were we satisfied. The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. This quickly leads me to being overjoyed. One extremely nice thing is that Jay warrantys his work and that is pretty wonderful. Thanks Jay"

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Very quick reply within minutes after I submitted the request for an estimate late Friday evening. They came out the next morning and gave an estimate. We agreed to the price and work started within 30 minutes. They went for parts in that 30 minutes. This house was built in 1965 and both bathroom sinks,water supply lines, supply shut offs,drain pipes and faucets were rusty and had to be totally replaced. The work was completed over late afternoon Saturday and Sunday mid morning at no extra charge. We are very happy with the high quality of work, very friendly ,professional crew and very reasonable price."

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
