The insides are designed with interior spaces to exactly hold our stereo equipment, CDs, movies and games. Philip worked with me and did multiple test samples to get the exact custom finish I wanted for my vanities. He made several excellent suggestions on improving the overall design. "These are professionals I would work with over and over.  Everyone from Chris, who answered the phone, Paul, who came to measure (and did the custom work) and Nate, who installed, were friendly and very helpful.  We have an old house that has been added on to multiple times and has some weird surprises every time we try to do any updates to it.  Paul gave us great ideas on how to work with the oddities of our pantry and cupboards, and solved any issue he came across.  He definitely knows what he's doing.  Nate, who came to install our rollout shelves was so quick.  He had the job done in no time and really worked with the project to make it perfect.  I'm so happy with this company that I am trying to find another project for them to do!  Highly recommended. "

"We were leery of even seeking bids from a custom cabinet shop because of cost concerns, but we did so at the suggestion of our contractor. We were very pleasantly surprised to discover that Rich and Mike's could match a bid we had received for modular cabinets whose design would have forced us to reduce the number of drawers from nine to 3 in one of the baths and were unattractive in a number of other ways as well. Mike came down to measure and discuss our preferences, including our wishes for a finish stain. When we received the first set of working drawings, we changed our mind about a couple of features, emailed Mike to that effect, and within a day or two received a completely new set of drawings. The cabinets were delivered on schedule and installed by Jeff, whose experience, competence and friendliness were plainly evident. Put simply, we were bowled over by the craftsmanship and beautiful finish of our cabinets. Incidentally, we found no difficulty whatsoever with a shop outside of the immediate Sacramento area."
