We were scheduled quickly and on the morning of the assigned day Robert and his crew showed up promptly, they had everything they needed to start work very quickly, they all wore masks and were very respectful of our space and putting down tarps to cover everywhere that they walked. They started promptly, explained what they were doing, explained where they were throughout the process and let us know when they were ready to leave. "job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
