She was very professional and a delight to talk to. She understood what we wanted and we were contacted a few days later with an estimate for the repairs. We agreed to the estimate and she told us it would be about 4 weeks for the repairs to be completed. Well, she called us in about 2 weeks and told us our chest was ready. We were totally shocked that it had taken half the time she had figured. That was a pleasant surprise. When we saw our restored chest of drawers we were really impressed. It looked great!
