"Brendan, Eric and Erik arrived on time , gave a quick review of what they were going to do and began to work. At the end of day one, Brendan provided me with pictures and explanations of all they had done that day. Day 2 again they arrived very early and got to work. At the completion once again I was provided pictures of the finished product. The crawspace was encapsulated in all white. They cleaned up, asked if I had any questions and they answered all that I had.. This is the 3rd time I have used this company. They are the best!!"

"I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about having their house encapsulated by Cantey that it will add about 60 to $70 a month onto your utility bill because of the dehumidifier that they put under the house. Cantey did a very professional job however one of their workmen left one of the sump pumps unplugged and we had a leak from the air conditioner air handler under the house and wound up with about 6 in of standing water under the house on top of the encapsulation. I wish i had never had the encapsulation done."
