It should only take about an hour or less, yet the price is sky-high for the apparent labor cost alone. If they charged by the hour, I am sure it would have been less."

"Of the several things that broke (sewer clogged, refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser) only half of one thing was covered. It takes days or weeks to find out if it is covered. The companies they send out are not the best. Some tried to sell me services I didn't need, the others took forever to get parts and return. After finding out the work wasn't covered, I found better companies, paid them out of pocket and had a much better outcome. I think the $300 I spend on the warranty would have been better spent on service companies that I judged as quality. I did not renew this warranty and would never buy it again."
