"I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. I now have to hire a lawyer to sue them to make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. Every single aspect of the remodel is worse than before they started"

"Jason was hired to clear out a clogged drainpipe connecting double vanity sinks. Seemed a simple fix until he discovered a severely clogged line that couldn’t be jetted or snaked. Working tirelessly, he had to cut out Sheetrock and PVC to clear the clog. He repaired the wall, painted it and touched up the baseboard. It was perfect…like it never happened. "It was a terrible experience. The first day I arrived at the house. They had torn out the wrong floor, costing me morenin materials. From there the mistakes kept occurring. They replaced an exterior door, which I had to pay someone else to re-do. When the door was removed there was nothing below the threshold. It kept flexing and would have fatigued and broke early. In the contract they were supposed to insulate and there was no insulation. The upstairs bathroom was framed at 32 in, though it was supposed to be 42 in. They had to reframe that shower. Mistakes kept happening and I would contact Ra'am everytime. Ra'am stop answering texts, and stopped communicating all together, necessitating me to not let them come back. Ra-am walks through the house initially, but did not take any notes pr write anything down. He did not remember items talked about, and therefore were not in the contract. Master shower he put in the contract, but did not include walls or doors. WTH do I want a shower with no walls or door? Avoid at all costs."
