"Received the best quote compared to other bids I received...same price as everyone else but I got a full furnace and duct work done...basically a new system along with a tankless water heater for the same price as other company! Snow storm hit and went out of their way to ensure we had workers and appointment was kept! Highly recommended!"

"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. THEY HAVE MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE."

"Jesse came out to replace our hot water heater. He was professional, skilled, patient, and friendly. I would gladly hire him again!"

"service was excellent, price for baseline water heater was higher than expected. the angie tool suggested 2700$ max - it ended up being a.bout $3500."

"several repairs were made at a reasonable price. pointed out leaking water heater that is 11 years old and should be replaced. their quote to do so is comparable to other providers. will use schmittys for the replacement."

"Raymond and his crew did an excellent job repiping our home all the way to the street! This involved pipes to 1 and 3/4 baths, a kitchen, two outdoor faucets, and a hot water heater. We felt take care of every step of the way and everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and friendly. Our house is older and they made all the super tight spaces and the surprising things done in previous jobs by other people look easy to handle and fix. They kept to their estimated timeline and budget! They also minimized the number of drywall holes that needed to be made to gain access to the fixtures and hook-ups. The upstairs bathroom shower tile was kept in tact by finding ways to get through to the lines from the other side of the wall through a tiny hole made in the back of the towel closet. Same for the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet. Raymond and crew found a way to do one bathroom at a time while keeping the water on at night so we were able to stay in our home while they worked throughout the day. This was much appreciated! Their attention to details and communication were top notch. Everything from putting the grass back on top of the trench that was dug from the street to our house to adding a cap on one of our outdoor faucets. Bringing us up to code in all areas including drilling through our concrete foundation further down than before and adding a new hot water pressure release valve. No more orange water! Actual hot water pressure in each sink and shower! Whole new main stack! No leaks! No more slow drains! Incredibly impressed! Highly recommended!"

"Drake was superior in communication, efficiency and customer service. He explained all that needed to be completed with replacement of my water heater with ease and understanding. Will definitely call for all plumbing needs as they arise."

"A woman gave me a reasonable estimate, a standard price, for replacing my water heater over the phone! They installed it the next morning. Also gave me estimates for some other jobs I am considering. Nice guys. Good work."

"I had an excellent experience with Jose Plumbing Excellence Northwest. They first helped me fix a leak, and later replaced my water heater when it went out. Both times, they were able to schedule me right away, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly. Their customer service was great from start to finish, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!"

"These guys were amazing! We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Jason and Harry were the team that came to my house and I would highly recommend them. And thanks to Russell, the owner, for giving us a great deal on the work his team did. We will be calling on Cahill's for any future plumbing needs."
