I have a few rentals as well and have used him now multiple times for my primary residence and my rentals. He has now helped me with washers, dryers, microwaves, stovetops, downdraft blower, fridges, freezers, etc. (my primary residence is around 20 years old so we seem to be having issues with everything) + my rentals. "After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference!
