He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. I've been doing remodeling for 30 years including plumbing installation (drain pipes, copper water pipe repair and installation). In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes."

All representatives we encountered were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. At no time did we feel pressured to go with Bel-Red, they simply pointed to examples of wear in our system and reasons to consider replacement versus repair (the latter being cost prohibitive based on the age of our system). "They were great about being able to respond fast but I had to have them come back to fix one of our toilets that still was having issues. After the 2nd visit, both toilets were working correctly. I also had to pay a credit card processing fee which initially I was told I would not have to pay. I could have written a check to avoid this. The repair cost was almost $500 to fix 2 toilets, I probably could have bought 2 new toilets for this price although I would have still have had to deal with installation. They charge $270 to install a toilet, pricey in my opinion."
