For me, he is the perfect contractor because he is skilled and experienced enough to do a great job, and it is a small enough business that I always felt like my job was important to him (unlike some larger contractors I quoted the project with). Communication was great. Pricing was reasonable. The floors are gorgeous. "

Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.?
