"Excellent service. They called within minutes once I asked for a quote for plumbing repair. I explained the specific repair I needed (replacing a leaking toilet water supply valve), and they were able to assure me they could provide the service the very next day. And they did, arriving when they said they would and completing the work quickly and professionally. My only minor quibble is that I was given an estimate of "about a hundred dollars" and once the repairman arrived the price was $125.00. No big deal & I went ahead with the work, which was done well, but the repair was no more involved than I had described originally, so an increase in price of 25% from the initial quote seems questionable. Still, I am quite satisfied overall with the service and work and would recommend."

"I had a leaky bathtub faucet because the hot water stem was shot. One area plumber took one look at it, said he had no idea, took pictures of it and said somebody would contact us. Still waiting on that call. Tried a second Westerville plumber. Kind of the same deal. Said they don’t make those things any more, parts are rare and suggested for $750 that we replace the whole deal with an all in one hot and cold shower knob. Called Jack Woods. They were busy and could not come for 8 days which wasn’t ideal. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process. I’m done with the others. I found my plumber from here on out. Thanks Jack Woods Plumbing. You thoroughly embarrassed the other Westerville “plumbers.”"

"Fast and friendly service. Martin Markham and wife were very helpful. They repaired my burst pipe and insulated it. They also cleared out the ice from the spigot. They provided tips for preventing similar situations from occuring in the future. Price was reasonable and they gave a 90 day warranty. Very satisfied with their service. Additionally, it only took about 45 to an hour for them to complete the process."
