"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Very neat, detailed and comprehensive work.  Not necessarily an easy job with all of the plumbing and electrical infrastructure.  Only minor problem.  During installation of the vapor barrier, they may have broken off the drain connector to a humidifier attached to our AC/Heating unit.  However, this could have been due to the actions of other service people who have gone under our house in the last several months.  THIS WAS NOT A BIG DEAL.  
 There is a lot of moisture under our house and the vapor barrier really helps.  However, it is not perfect and a complete encapsulation barrier would be ideal but not in our budget right now.  I would recommend this company.

"Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
