"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"Project: Repai or Service Wolf Commercial Range The response once I requested a quote was quick, literally minutes. They accommodated my work schedule and came on a Saturday even though that was outside their posted hours. However they said they would be there between 11:00 and 12:30 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, they weren't and didn't. I callled them at 1:00 and they did show by 1:30, diagnosed the issue performed a temporary fix for the agreed price, and went away to source what were believed to be the required parts. The di call as promised with the parts info. Overall they performed well, were courteous when on site, and the pricing was reasonable."

"I have a Home Warranty with AHS and the Home Warranty company called A-1 Appliance to come out and do my repairs.  A-1 Appliance told my husband many parts were needed and would be ordered and they'd be back in touch to schedule the next visit.
 I heard nothing by 4 days later so I called the AHS and they knew nothing.  It turns out  that A-1 does not work on "sealed systems" but they did not convey that or anything else to my Home Warranty Company who also dropped the ball.  They next called New England Appliance Repair who came right away and also told me they needed many parts.  Instead of waiting days and days, N.E. Appliance expedited the shipment of the parts and they're return to my home so that within a couple of days the repairman Bill was back here repairing not only my refrigerator but my wall oven as well which was way off temperature.  I will tell AHS in the future that I only want to use N.E.A.!"

"Kitchen Center was excellent!  They were completely professional and patient with inexperience.  In a matter of a few meetings, we jointly converged on a beautiful set of cabinets and vanity that met and surpassed my needs. 
The design work was complete and detailed (no surprises on delivery).  I was given ample notice and prodding for decision-making to stay on schedule. 
The cabinets arrived on schedule and installed (by contractor) perfectly.

"The person was quick to pinpoint the problem on first visit which cost $80. My fridge need it a refill of a gas which they referred to as "recharge". On the second visit the technician took less than 5 minutes to do the recharge which was a very simple task costing me $120, which I thought was pricey. The total of the repair was $200.00. My fridge is working good and they give you a 90 day labor and equipment warranty which I thought was awesome."

"Alex and his team did a complete deck replacement. They did a very good job on this project. After removal of the old deck wood, it was determined that further reinforcement would be needed in order to do this job properly. Therefore, original estimate had to be adjusted quite a bit, to account for the extra labor needed to perform the reinforcement. Alex and his team completed the job in about three weeks, with most of the days in cold weather. Several payments were provided throughout the project and there were no hidden costs, they were very upfront in terms of what needed to be done, and were transparent throughout the process. Alex and his team also added, without additional labor cost, repair work for a side door deck, which involved replacement of about 8 boards. All in all, pleased with the work completed, very professional, and both decks look very good. Would use them again for future projects."
