"We had an old pond that needed to be revamped. It was tough trying to find someone to do it. Brian gave us a fair quote after coming out to see it. The work was done quickly, and my pond is now STUNNING. I cannot get over the difference! We had to take it all the way down and replace the liner. In the process Brian was able to move the waterfall and reconfigure the little stream that we had. We have two young, very rowdy pups and Brian is a dog person, too. He made changes that would look great but also stand up to swimming puppies. He is super nice and easy to work with. The fish were thrilled to be released into their new home, too. You should definitely call him for your project!"

"We are very happy with the work and the out come.  James and his crew were professional and easy to work with.  He worked with us to find ways to reduce the costs which turned out great.  There were some issues along the way and James worked with us to cover come the issues in a manner that was professional and customer service focused. The only item I could point out as an area for improvement was around communication.  While James called us almost every evening after he did work at our house to ensure everything went well and to see if we had any questions, there were times when he made a request without providing much notice.  A specific example was a call in the evening to check up but also inform us that we needed to have the lights for under the cabinets the next day.  We were able to get them but it would be nice to this request with more than a days notice.  Overall, the process went very well and  I would absolutely use them again for remodeling projects.

"Prompt, professional and repairs look great.
Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"Quality work and great customer service. Easy to follow instructions for the template and pads fit perfectly. Table pads look great! Ordered extra items and love them too. All arrived quickly and were good quality; however, had some damage caused by the shipping company. Contacted Mark Ivan in customer service who immediately shipped an entire new set. Those pads were also slightly damaged. Again Mark shipped a third set. I was astonished and delighted with customer service and quality of the product. It's hard to find a company with a quality product and fantastic customer service!! Definitely will use Berger Table Pads again."
