"The day they came to look at my washer, they were very polite. I told them the problem and they inspected the machine. They checked to see if the parts were available and then figured out the exact amount for the repairs. I agreed to have the repairs done. They told me the parts would be ordered and they would return when they receive them. I was told I needed to pay for the repairs up front. I was skeptical, but I gave them a check. Mr. Mendez gave me his card and assured me not to worry and they would contact me as soon as the parts come in which would be between Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesday I was thinking about calling, when that day they called and said they could be at my house in an hour to make the repairs. I was relieved to hear from them to know they were actually coming back. They arrived in the time they said and completed the work within an hour. Once he committed to a date and a time, he was there and he was on time and did what he needed to do.
