"Excellent. We added a bathroom and a bedroom, took down paneling and completely redid the family room. These guys did all the electrical work, plumbing work, flooring, painting and everything else. Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. "After performing demo workout, our previous contractor took our $$ and ran. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. "Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. "I was very impressed from the beginning to the very end of my shower project with Patriots. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. All the workers were very respectful of my house while doing the job, very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they went along working.
