Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Dillon Contracting was a Great Experience. Tom Dillon and I put a plan together to finish my basement.I was nervous seeing that I never invested this kind of funds towards an home improvement project. I had heard all the horror story about contractors leaving customers high and dry. I had a couple other quotes from contractors competing for the job. Dillions was not the least expensive but Tom Dillion came over to me to be honest. Tom steered me but valued my opinion. My job probably wasn't the biggest job that Dillon Contracting has constructed but I was impressed with the attention to detail in which Dillon Contracting team gave my project. The team that Dillon Contracting assigned to our project were the best that I have ever witness. When our guest come to visit. All we hear from them is. He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us. "Remodel went great. Mark and his team do beautiful work. They had good design suggestions when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday so you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Communication was open and it was easy to get ahold of Mark when we needed to.
