"Back in 2012 I wanted to get the roof replaced for my primary residence. The house was built in 1998. I bought the house in 2010. The replacement was a bit early. But I was doing a lot of other repairs and upgrades on the house. And I wanted things to be in good shape for the foreseeable future. And the professionalism of the Ridgecon representative confirmed helped us finalize our selection. There was a bit of a scheduling challenge. Of course, Ridgecon is busy. My wife and I were planning a long vacation in Hawaii. We would be away when the work was scheduled. Ridgecon did the work while we were in Hawaii. I arranged payment for the work from there. When we returned we were pleased with both the job they did AND the cleanup they did when the job was done. We had a new roof with very few indication from materials left around that a project had taken place. A few year ago we had another company come out and replace some metal on the top of our chimney. And they left nails, chards of sharp metal, and packaging material below the site of work on my patio. The job Ridgecon did was MUCH larger job. But when they left the site was very clean. HATS OFF. As evidence of how pleased I was with their work, I hired them for another job. I still owned my previous house and needed to get it in shape to sell. The roof was showing obvious signs that it was at the end of its life. So I hired Ridgecon again. Again, I was away on business travel when the work was being done. And both the job and the cleanup were done very well."

Always made time to converse in between transitions of roof to soffit. They all had great personalities, and I would hire them again in a heart beat. I had both roofs to the garage and house done. "Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

Roofing Depot did the new roof on the attached garage, and also put a new roof on the existing detached garage. They were very prompt with all estimates. They showed up on time as promised, worked quickly, and finished the job with a thorough cleanup. They also responded to service calls promptly, and did some additional touch-ups and modifications for free.<br /> <br />During the hard winter of 2013-2014, we had severe ice damming on our roof, which caused some leaks. I had two other roofing contractors help with that problem, because I wanted to get an independent appraisal of the condition of my relatively new roof. They determined that the problem was caused by poor ceiling insulation, which allowed too much heat to enter the attic. I had been aware of that condition previously, and had intended to address it after a planned interior remodel. Both companies agreed that there was no problem with Roofing Depot's workmanship; the roof is still in good condition, and my attic is adequately ventilated. I would definitely recommend Roofing Depot for prompt, quality work.</p> <br />"
