"We needed to remodel our current home that was built in the 1900s. We spoke with 2 other contractors who told us they couldnt do what we wanted or never showed back up. We finally found Kevin and he said he was absolutely able to do what we wanted. From day one we knew Kevin was going to be our guy. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and more and stay on our budget. Kevin and is team handled everything from getting our permits to all the finishing touches. I didnt make it very easy on him with my changes throughout the bathroom part of the remodel but he never once got upset he just took it in stride. He made sure to keep me in the loop with every meeting or inspection. Him and his team put there blood sweat and tears into our house literally. I cant say enough good things about Kevin and his team. I have personally referred him to many other people and will continue to do so. He made our old outdated money pit of a house into a beautiful more modern home. Kevin is now in our speed dial for future home projects."

"Exceptional work and totally professional. Everyone who Anton brought onto this job was a great craftsman, and each was polite, arrived early, worked the whole time diligently, and seemed to really specialize in whatever their job was. The level of work is exceptional, the attention to detail really impressive. I work from home, so I kind of had my eye on the guys throughout the job, and just watching them size and cut each piece of siding not only put me at ease, but also taught me a lot about carpentry. The dry wall on the interior is top-grade. I got fussy over paint colors, and Anton was gracious and accommodating with my changes of heart. Anton also has a deep knowledge of historic, reclaimed woods, as well as quite an inventory to pick from. He was so good with the cedar trim on the exterior that I had him frame a painting to hang in our main house in the same style and it looks great. Best of all, they came up with solutions to problems I didn't even know I had, such as how to properly frame the exterior light that I installed myself before they got here (see photos). Please note that the exterior work is not painted in the photos, as it is too cold to paint, so we'll wait until Spring."

"I would wager it's pretty rare that your relationship with a contractor is so smooth, so collaborative and so easy that they become a legitimate friend... but that's what happened with Dave Nessel and me. He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. But more importantly, our home is beautiful and Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. I simply cannot sing his praises any higher (and have recommended him to 3 different friends since)"

"Cleaned up some drainage issues graded yard out nicely"

"????? - BEST CONTRACTOR I am a big investor and own multiple properties in the Bronx, and I hired godinez for a full gut renovation of a 3-family house on Concord Ave.He is hands down one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Amazing, reliable, experienced, and truly knows what he's doing. When we hit unexpected issues - which always happens in a full gut - he didn't get stuck, he found smart solutions on the spot.He has the right team, the right guys, they work FAST but the quality is still top. Communication was excellent the whole time, and his pricing is very fair and honest. If you want a contractor who gets the job done right, on time, with no headaches - this is your guy. Highly, highly recommended."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Work! We had Vargas Handyman & Home Improvements Inc. handle a major renovation project for our new brewery, Noble Experiment Brewing Company, and they exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Their team did everything — tile work, vinyl flooring, painting, deck repair — and every single job was done with precision, care, and pride. What really stood out was how easy they were to work with. Communication was always clear, they showed up when they said they would, and they finished everything on schedule. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were next-level — it’s rare to find a crew that’s both this skilled and this reliable. The transformation of our space is unbelievable, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a company that does top-quality work, stands by their word, and treats your project like their own, Vargas Handyman & Home Improvements is it. Highly recommended — they’re the real deal."
